sync.ffs_db on left side gets deleted

I just want to mirror from left to right. The left side is controlled by security daemon, which automatically removes unexpected data, such as the sync.ffs_db. Is there a way to leave the left side untouched and store the sync.ffs_db file somewhere else?

No, db file can't be placed elsewhere. You should disable "Detect moved files"
