While trying to familiarise myself with this program I inadvertently moved the dockable toolbars at the top of the window to inappropriate positions. In my efforts to put things back the way they were I managed to "delete" them altogether.
How can I get them back, as I can can see no View menu option? Using version 6.3 on Windows 8.1

Opening the right-click context menu on one of the other panels, e.g. the top one, will do.
