You can install FreeFileSync (FFS) on as many devices as you like (provided there is an installer for the OS of the device, or you are able to compile it yourself).
You can also include as many devices as you like in any FFS sync configuration.

Simply stated: any location you can use in your File Explorer, you can also use in FFS
