Dear, I am a bit confused that after new version update with donation I am not able to install, re-install use your application.

The "5" suggests "access denied", which suggest some third-party software is interfering with the installation: Anti virus, etc.

Finaly after 3 times de-installation and re-installation rounds it has got fixed. Thx
