I was trying to connect Google Drive, but I only ever get just the "Something went wrong" from Google.
The steps I take are as follows:
1. "Add connection" in FFS, this opens web browser with account selection
2. I select my account, next prompt pops up "FreeFileSync wants to access your Google Account"
3. I select "Allow", next thing "Something went wrong" pops up.
No other anything from neither Google nor FFS.
My first question is, is it worth even using Google Drive.
If it is then please someone explain me how to even find out what the heck "went wrong"?

Well, I've made some progress.
I believe the culprit was the web browser, or rather one of the add-ons. Although I am not fully confident this was the only reason. After disabling ALL of them I was able to successfully authenticate FSS. Earlier on I only tried to disable some of the add-ons and it didn't help, hence my post here. Sorry to bother everyone.
Anyway, problem solved.
