The mirror is being used from left to right.
I want to collect multiple folders on the left into one folder on the right.
What settings should I make to resolve the problem without errors?
If you know how to do it, please reply. Help me!

You will need to choose between two options:
1. Have each folder on left mirror to their own dedicated folder on the right
OR
2. Have multiple folders on the left update to a single folder on the right
Updating means any content that does not exist on the left will still remain on the right after syncing

What is the meaning of this message?
AM Warning Some files are synchronized as part of multiple folder pairs.
To avoid conflicts, set the exclusion filter so that each updated file is included in only one folder pair.

That error means you have some data that is included in multiple folder pairs, as stated. Not surprising considering your setup.
For example:
Mirroring
A to C
B to C
Is going to throw that error, most likely. What happens is the first pair is mirroring (copying) the contents of A into C. But then the second pair is also mirroring B to C, and since the data copied from A to C is not in B, FFS will delete that data from C in order to mirror B
