when I work at the computer FreeFileSync look for changed files at regular intervals.
But there are none, because everything is already synchronized.
Nevertheless, the process starts again and again on its own and the window "Successfully completed" appears periodically.
Why is this so?
I would like to change this so that the synchronization is initiated only by me.
I have already removed RealTimeSync from the startup.
How to change it?
Translated by PONS
Stop automatic synchronization

Make sure there are no RTS sessions running in the system tray. Removing from startup doesn't matter until a reboot.
Check Task Scheduler
You can also install RevoUninstaller and use their Autorun tool to check other places

([Sysinternals] Autoruns also might help.)

Also a great program, but the interface can be a little scary to new users
