Help with Sync on External Hd

Hi. I want to use the function that the FFS_batch runs every time the external HD is connected. I have found that for me the instructions are not really clear.
I could run the action with the Automator and my calendar, but I cannot do it when the external is mounted.

Could please anyone help me and explain in a simple way?
