Error message every start

After upgrading to the new version I get these errors on each start (log window opens).
Is there a way to prevent that log window sopening or ignoring the errors?
I rund FreeFileSync as System user to be able to backup all files.

ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND: Systemet finner ikke angitt fil. [GetFileAttributes]

Cannot open directory "C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned".
ERROR_PATH_NOT_FOUND: Systemet finner ikke angitt bane. [FindFirstFileEx]
