How to Customized SMTP server

I use FFS in LAN,Forbid external connection.
If I want to use the email sending feature, which IP and port do I need to allolw?
Can I use my own SMTP server? thanks.

I have solved the problem,i creat a powershell to setting SMTP server,execute after completion.
