Dear ALL,
I am trying to make backup on cloud.
Putting hostname, username and password. Every time i try to connect i am presented with errors attached here with. If any one can help? Please note i have created FTP user and using its username and password for connection purpose.

Well the connection seems to be fine, since the server is returning that error. There is something wrong with the credential setup. Most of the time "/' isn't going to be accessible by any normal users, since that is typically the system root location. Are any of your locations set to access that root folder?
