how can i set this so it only shows decrepances ?

i just want to see the differences not the files that are the same.
can i also update the files i at a time rather than doing all/

Run a compare and then use the boxes below to show what categories you want to view
The default settings hides equal files I think

To single single items, you can highlight them. You can also CTRL highlight to select multiple items. Once selected, push enter
