Watch folder to FTP then move from watch folder

Hey all,

I'm a noob, so be gentle! :)
I'm trying to work out how to have FFS upload files from a watch folder on my desktop to my FTP server, but then move the file to a different local folder once the upload is complete?

(The reason for this is that my website processes and moves the incoming files to another folder, so the local files keep uploading, because it looks like it's not there yet!)

Any help would be super appreciated!

Set up a 'post-sync command' in the FFS configuration to move all files in the source folder to a destination of your choosing
