BATCHRUN Error

A BATCHRUN task that has been deleted and is no longer scheduled, continues to show up as an error every day. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software with no success. This is happening on two separate PCs. It is looking for the file when the BATRUN sync task has been deleted. Any suggestions on a solution? I am very new to this software. Thanks

Did you set up a scheduled task - in Windows?
Is it that scheduled task that is attempting to run BATRUN?
