I specialize in unattended setup of Windows and as a result, I reinstall Windows on my machines frequently. Because of this, FreeFileSync seems to erroneously think that I have the Donation Edition installed on 12 different machines (which I have NOT!).
On the screen informing me of this situation, was a link that shows me all the machines that I have installed on. I have selected the option to remove FreeFileSync from each and every system listed. However, FreeFileSync is still complaining that it is installed on 12 systems.
Any ideas on how I can go about resolving this issue? In addition, to avoid running this into issue again in the future, is there anything that I should do before I reinstall Windows on a system that has FreeFileSync installed?

Update: Maybe I simply did not wait long enough, because it now allowed me to install on the system where I was getting errors. However, I still would be interested in answers on how I can avoid this situation in the future.

You can manually remove unused devices on the list.
