Renaming SyncSettings

I find this program very useful. However, I was wondering if there was an easy way to rename a saved SyncSetting instead of creating a brand new one. On the left bottom box, there's an "open", "save" and "batch" button, but no rename button. I tried right-clicking, but the only choice that came up was "Delete selected configurations". Is there another way to rename? I tried renaming the Sync Setting file itself but then an error message came up. Thanks for this great program!
