Internal Server Error after PayPal donation

Hi,
Didn't know where to send this !
I got an internal server error after making a donation. No download link and no email, just Internal Server Error when paypal redirect to freefilesync.org

This is due to a PayPal bug affecting donations from France. Paypal is not sending the "fee" amount in the notification message. The bug is reported and acknowledged, ETA (when I had to guess) is days, or weeks.
Until then I'm not sure what to do about it as I cannot book the donation without knowing Paypal fees. Best I could do then is try to refund?

It's a pain i wanted a donation version, but if there is no mean a refund is better than nothing.

I've hard-coded the fee calculation until further since it seems (so far) only to affect DE and FR. This should be good enough until PayPal fixes their bug at some unspecified time in the future.
