Using MacOS Automator, not updating batch file folder?

I am using MacOS (Monterey) I set it up with Automator to run the batch file every day using the calendar. It isn't working currently. So I open the batch file with FreeFileSync to see if I made it correct. It doesn't show the files I want to be transfered yet, Instead I have to hit the "Compare" button on top to update the folder for the batch file.

What can I do to set this up so next time it automatically hits the compare button?

Make sure you are saving the configuration as a batch job specifically and check "run minimized" if you don't want it to be visible while syncing. Other than that, clicking "sync" will run a compare first anyway
