FFS displays folder contents incompletely: When comparing two media, FFS incompletely displays the contents: There are definitely the same Folfers/files on both media, but according to FFS the contents are different - what could be the reason?

In the Compare results window of the FFS GUI, FFS shows what differences it has found and what sync actions are proposed. That should give a hint.

Ah, I misunderstood the system - it only shows the differences and not the files that are already identical.
I missed the identical files....

That is the default.
However, you can also make the other Compare result Categories visible (and hide those again), by clicking e.g. the "=" (equal sign) icon mid below the the Compare results.
Note that there are only such icons for Categories that are not empty.
