Bahasa Indonesia language

Hi there, i'm one big fan of FreeFileSync, I have been using this for several years.
i want to ask some thing,

1. is there any localization / language for bahasa Indonesia ? if not there yet, may i voluntary my self to help translating to bahasa Indonesia? what is the terms ?
2. i have tried several times to donate , to get the portable version. but every time i submit it with paypal, it said error that my region is not allowed / not supported. why ?
