What FFS profile setting should I use if I intend to backup Folder 1 to three separate thumb drives?

- FFS Profile Options: Two way, Mirror, Update, Custom?
- I will not be working from these thumb drives (e.g., opening up a document, editing it, and then it need to be synced back to FOLDER 1 on the laptop).
- All three drives must be a 1:1 copy of FOLDER 1.
