Unexpected FTP response (BMD Hyperdeck)

Get help for specific problems

I use Blackmagic Design Hyperdeck recorders to roll the recordings, and FFS to download the files via FTP for quality checking before they are sent off for edits. FFS has been a godsend for this workflow, as I was previously using FileZilla and/or CyberDuck to manually hunt down each file on each deck, and manually download them. I built them a FFS workflow some months back which utilizes batch files to take a lot of the busy work out of the equation.

This same issue has popped up in a few instances, typically when synching to a specific Hyperdeck (all others at the same recording station, synched with the same batch file work as expected). The solution thus far has been to swap out the hardware for another unit, but I'd love to know if there is a specific reason, or a better solve that I can try when encountering this. The log from the most recent instance is pasted below.

08:44:41 Error Cannot find the following folders:

The "Expected char range not found" is masking the real reason why parsing failed. Fixed: https://www.mediafire.com/file/ofviz39q8fzamke/FreeFileSync_13.2_%255BBeta%255D_Windows_Setup%25282%2529.exe

Hi Zenju!
Thank you so much for putting that quick patch together! Sorry to be a bother, but is there a dmg of the same beta available? The computers I use for this are all Macs.
