Unequal Number of files in source and target folders

After doing a synchronization freefilesync indicates there are zero differences in Source and Target folders. However, if, in Explore, I right click on the source folder then the target folder the numbers are not equal. Is Freefilesync correct or is the windows properties count, correct?
