I am using version 13.1
Windows 10
Came to do my normal 14 day backup which has worked fine until tonight.
I backup from my windows pc to my WD Mycloud.
For some reason tonight, each time I click on Sync button, after about 3 minutes I get this message "ERROR_UNEXP_NET_ERR:An unexpected network error occurred. [CopyFileEx]".
I have even created a new folder on my NAS just incase there was a problem with the folder, BUT still does the same.
If I try to delete it, it say it is open with another program.
Have rebooted but no luck.
This is only happening with the NAS, if I sync to a folder on the pc, ALL is fine.
Could anyone give me any help please.
Backup stopped working

As a test, copy some files (something close to the size of your regular backup) "manually" (so outside of FFS) to your NAS.
Does that complete successfully?
Verify that the files are actually correct - even if the copy completed successfully.
(So do a content or hash compare of the source vs. target files.)
Check the SMART status of your WD (if that information is available - might not be).
Run a CHKDSK on the WD & see if reports any issues.
Check your cable to the WD (or substitute another & see if that changes anything).

UPDATE:
Did all you said, but still the same, so it looks like it's not just related to FFS.
I moved the NAS downstairs next to my pc and tried gain, it worked.
So moved it back and tried another ethernet patch lead, this time it worked.
I have no ides why out of the blue the patch lead started causing problems, but it now has a new home.....THE BIN.
Thanks for your help.
