FFS Can't See Files over New LAN

Curious thing here. I've been using FFS for several years and have never had a problem. I sync files between two towers connected to my modem/router via Ethernet. I installed a new mesh extender and moved the towers' cables to Ethernet ports on one of the extenders. Over the new connection, FFS could see the folders but not the files, so nothing got synced. I moved the cables back and all returned to normal. What might have been the problem here?

This sounds like a networking issue and not a FFS issue. I suspect that the two machines cannot see each other at all. This can occur if your new mesh extender isn't working in mesh mode correctly and is creating a new subnet. Assuming you are using windows, can you open a command prompt (cmd) and run 'ipconfig' and share the IP addresses and default gateway for both machines?
