Will RealTimeSync with intermittently available external drive work well?

I'm new to FFS and have a question to understand what to expect. I'm setting up a single RealTimeSync job to start on windows login that will sync two pairs of directories. One is from internal to mapped network drive. Another is from external hard drive to mapped network drive. When the external drive is unplugged, will errors from the external drive not being available prevent the internal drive from syncing? Will syncing resume for the external drive when it becomes available, or will the FFS process need to be restarted?

You will need to create two separate RTS configurations to achieve this, but it will work fine. RTS will wait for all monitored directories to be available and start monitoring when they are, such as plugging in that external drive.
