Hello,
When synchronising "Copy new and updated files to the right folder" there are often warnings:
Files have the same date but a different size:
Date: 7/7/2023 7:58:59 PM Size: 15,904,256 <-
Date: 7/7/2023 7:58:59 PM Size: 15,903,744 ->
The files format is ".ppt"

Left side is NAS, Asustor AS6204T
Right side is Windows Server 2022 Standard

Such warnings occur quite frequently.

Can I fix it somehow ?

If such a warning occurs while the date is the same but the sizes are different, the file on the left should always be treated as correct.

The real problem is the file content is changing, seemingly on its own. I would figure that out and stop it from happening. I wonder if the NAS is adding info/metadata to its files since that is the bigger version of the file.

FWIW I have noticed that MS Office (word, excel, etc) is making changes to my files when I open them, even without explicitly saving. The changes relate to certain metadata or links to other files (when those other files are moving, the link to them is auto-updated).
That results in file size changes, without changing the mod-date.

In my case, all those files are on Sharepoint, but I don' t know if that's necessary to get this behaviour.

You might have the same thing happening.
