flash drive becomes write-protected after failed sync

Hellow, the problem is following. I wanted to sync folders on hard drive with folders on usb. But i had to stop it because of very very very low speed and errors. Usual error text is: Error invalid parameter (CopyfileEx). Now files are normally copied from the flash. But when I try to delete them, Windows informs me, that flash is write protected. There are no bad blocks on the usb. Please advice me, what to do.
I tested flash surface with Hard disc Sentinel software. It is ok. There is info from chipgenious utility on the screenshot included. Everything is OK, when syncing any other drives.

It's more likely that the USB is going into write-protected mode first, causing the FFS error. This is almost definitely a USB hardware issue regardless of what testing tools say. If you replace it, it will probably start working. Also, USB 2 will only transfer at 60 MB/s max, but in my experience, you will get <20 MB/s with 2.0.

Agreed with xCSxXenon.
I had to RMA my Kingston within 30 days of purchase.
While the replacement was the same "model", its' internals were different.
The replacement has been fine. [knock, knock, knock]
