Mirroring always restart from beginning

Dear,
I really like this sw, but I have a problem.
I'm trying mirroring an external hard drive to a folder of a big one.
Every time I try to update the mirroring (using the Mirror feature) the sw tells me (see the attachment) that it has to copy again x file to the destination. But I just changed some folder names.

Where I'm wrong?
Any advice?

If you hoover your mouse over the icon mid between a left- and right-side file in the Compare results window, it will tell you why FFS thinks it should take the proposed action on that file.

But there also seems to be an issue that (at least presently) FFS is showing the same icons for moving or renaming files as for deleting and newly writing files. See here.
