When synchronising I get this error message and the cause is that it is locked by another process: NVIDIA App [C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVIDIA App\\CEF\NVIDIA Overlay.exe]. See attached.
Can anyone suggest a solution?

There was nothing attached, but:

But is sounds strange that an exe-file would be locked, because exe-files generally do not get changed when in use.

I have found the cause and am posting here for anyone else with the same issue.
The new NVIDIA App has an option in the settings which, when switched on, places this lock file in the video folder. I just switched the option off and the problem was resolved!

Yes, the executable itself was not locked, but it was the one locking the file. It's an Nvidia feature to do stuff, but it requires saving data into a temp file, which is what you are seeing.
