I want to syncronize only ONE file in a folder, wher there are many other files i don't use. How can I manage it?

For synching just a single file FFS may be a bit of overkill.
But nevertheless:
You can use the FFS Include Filter.
Replace the default Include Filter of * (= everything) by the (path+) filename (relative to your left- and right base-location) of the file you want to sync.
You can edit the Filter settings manually, via the funnel-icon (F7) mid above you left-right base location pair in the FFS GUI, or you can first run a Compare, and then right-click the file you want to sync and via the context menu select to Include that file.
For re-use, don't forget to save your sync configuration under any suitable name.
