Error Parsing file GlobalSettings.xml

Been using (and loving) Freefilesync for over a year now without issue
But recently my batch backups are getting the following error and my batch jobs won't run.

"Error Parsing File" Globalsettings.xml and then a row and column numbers

Clicking on that then shows a

"Configuration file Batch.ffs_batch loaded partially only"

I've restup the sync job and batch file from scratch but still getting this error

any help greatly appreciated

Open the file in a text editor and have a look at the given row/cols to see what the problem is.

It looks like the %item_path% bellow

<two>explorer /select, "%item_path%"</two>

I can't see anything wrong with this. Can you post the full xml files, both GlobalSettings.xml and your .ffs_batch file that was loaded partially?

I don't find any issues with these files, they work fine on FFS 5.11. I think the problem in your case is that you are trying to load these files with an older FFS version.
