How to move Bussiness version to new computer ?

As title , i was bought a license business version for 1 computer . The computer broken then i want to move license to new computer .
Please help me .

I can only speak on my previous experience with the donation version but try going to the unique URL you got when purchasing. There may be a spot to deactivate the previous license usage allowing you to install it on the new device.

Delete the device on the device management page, then install on the new device. The page is reached via the link sent via email earlier.

Nothing work . I don't understand why the admin manage license by this way .
I was tried to remove the license on management page 1 June 2024 . It said that " The device can't be removed before 21st June 2024" .
28 June 2024 i try to remove and it said that " The device can't be removed before 17st July 2024" .

I also tried to remove the application ( move app to trash ) on current device but i got same issue when try to install it on new device .

I believe you've *used* the old installation *after* marking as removed on the old device, which is then considered as a new installation, thous the new wait time.

I removed the version FreeFileSync_13.6 on old device . After that follow the link on the email which last time i used to order the license to download FreeFileSync_13.7 .
If i remove license by wrong way . Could you please guide me to manually remove it on old device ?

I've manually marked the device as deleted once more. Remove and do *not* use FreeFileSync 13.6 on your old device anymore. You may now install on the new device.
