Message FreeFileSync_x64.exe Installation files are corrupted Please reinstall Consistency check failed

Hello,
When I want to run the application on my third computer the program wont start and show following message.

I have test and have the problem with both "FreeFileSync 13.7 [Donation Edition] Windows" and FreeFileSync 13.7 [Donation Edition] Windows Portable (ZIP) edition.
When I want to run FreeFileSync.exe on my third computer I receive error bellow, I can run software on 2 computers but not the last one. The problem occur only with FreeFileSync_x64.exe, the file RealTimeSync_x64.exe is opening without any proble.

How I can correcting this problem or troubleshoot it ?

CRYPT_E_SECURITY_SETTINGS: The subject hash or publisher wasn't explicitly trusted and user trust wasn't allowed in the safer authenticode flags.

Thanks for your answer, Safer key doent exist on my system, another idea ?
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\TrustedPublisher\Safer]
