Hey,
I have two folders which I'd like to sync, both currently have files in.
I asked FFS to Compare but it says "All folders are in sync", I tried emptying one and also deleting the ffs database files but it still finds no changes.
I've tried a few other folders, but it's not finding any differences.
I tried running as regular and administrator. I also tried this with 5.10 and 5.11.
The only thing I've not tried at the moment is my previously working syncs, because I don't have the network drive to be able to at the moment.
There's no errors and it completes in less than a second regardless of the directory size.
What else can I do to diagnose?

I have re-installed FFS and everything is working now.

This could have been caused by a incorrectly setup file filter which excluded most files. In general when working on a new set of folders it's best to select "program->new" to start with a fresh configuration.
