Great product : I discovered recently FFS and i have to say it's a gemm, it save lot of time to synchronize files.
Just a little thing : When user creates a new "synchro process", the standard (basic) setting is : "Deux sens" (in french) = in english, it may be I think something like "two directions"
In my opinion, it's dangerous because user can forget to change the option he wants to set (in my case, I always want to hoice "Mirror"). The "two directions" option means that something may be erased in original directory, howewer users has perhaps no intention to erase something...
The most of time, I forget to change the basic option (I want "Mirror" and not "two directions"). And I am affraid about possible effects on my original directory...
When user creates a new process, better would be to open a little windows at this step, and to ask user : "what option do you want exactly ? Mirror ? Two directions ? Personnalize ? update ?"
It's the only pb I found with FFS
Sorry for poor english (I am french)
EDIT : The solution I propose would not change the default option : FFS would simply ask to user what he wants to set for this specific new process.
The question could be that :
"You will create a new synchro process. What option of synchronisation want you to set ?
Default option ?
Two ways ?
personnalisze ?
Mirror ?
Update ?"
And the choice mad would have effects only for this specific new process.
I noticed also in forum that a user gave this tip : to create his own "new process" with the appropriate setting we want to have, and to use it to create new process in place of "new" = good tip !
Just a little thing
