Upload doesn't finish on google drive with Mac

Hello,

I am trying to upload a couple of big files (between 1 and 170 gb) to google drive but it only runs till 99% and then gives me the error:
"CURLE_OPERATION_TIMEDOUT: Operation too slow. Less than 1 bytes/sec transferred the last 45 seconds [curl_easy_perform]"

As you can see, I already set the timeout to 45s and more doesn't help either and I am uploading with 60mb/s, so that shouldn't be a problem.
All files that were smaller than 1 gb have been uploaded successfully...

Any Ideas what I could try?

I am using FFS 13.7 on macOS Sonoma 14.5

Have the same problem/error message when copying to Google drive on the old 10.14 Mohave.
