Google Drive: Security assessment

Hi there,

I heard that Google is making things more difficult for third party apps to access the Google Drive API. The following blog article is what I’m referring to.

Is this something that will affect FFS? Or have I misunderstood how FFS connects to Google Drive?

The article is correct. Security assessments for third-party access to Google Drive are apparently a yearly thing now. The process is beyond bizarre. Last time FFS passed, however. I have no idea how long this "luck" is going to last: viewtopic.php?t=11010#p42170

Ah yes, the best business strategy: Drive small-time and open-source developers, along with their users, to your competition
