Hello! I use this software for updates to a video game server I run.
On my local source I have X files in a few folders and they scan fast, On my FTP target I have 1.2million files to scan.

On a previous host for the FTP I didnt need to wait for the program to scan Every time I used the compare feature.

The new host Im using the FTP target takes a long time to scan all 1.2 million files before doing the compare.

Did I miss a setting or change something?
Each time I change my source compare folder it scans the target FTP all over again. Is there any way to keep the target info for this scan and change my source without everything resetting?

Thanks so much for the super helpful software!

Nada huh? I dont know why one host would let me scan in seconds where it takes my new server 10 minutes for the same folder.

The fast host may have kept the metadata or file table in DRAM or much quicker storage than the files themselves. I wouldn't expect 1.2 million files to be scanned within seconds, especially with FTP

I found out the new host had a DDOS protection that was preventing my FTP from loading/scanning that large file count folder. With this protection removed I can now scan 900k-1.2m files in a matter of seconds. The problem now is that my delete process is 11 items/sec So Im running for 20+ hours at a time.
