Exclude filter not excluding

I am synching drive C: to drive D:
I want to exclude folder C:\ProgramData\Intel
In my Exclude filter I have \ProgramData\Intel\
Nonetheless, that folder is still synching because I am getting errors such as:

FreeFileSync-error.jpg (44.38 KiB) Viewed 169 times

Other times I get error messages like this:
Cannot copy file
"C:\ProgramData\Intel\DSA\Data\data-en.zip" to
"D:\ProgramData\Intel\DSA\Data\data-en-3a07.ffs_tmp".

ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED: Access is denied. [CopyFileEx]

Am I missing something with my Exclude filter?

Looks correct.
Instead of manually entering filters, first run a comparison and then right-click the folder from the results to exclude. This eliminates any possibly of syntax errors

Thanks for your help! I'm not sure what went wrong but it seems to be working correctly now.
