How to link to Nextcloud?

I would like to sync my Nextcloud account with FreeFileSync. All I have is an HTTPS URL. I do no have FTP or SFTP. Does anyone have a suggestion?

The reason I posted here is that I have seen posts here and other online sources about using FreeFileSync with Nextcloud. I am hoping someone can can provide a plain-English explanation for how to do it, without the need for me to have a college level IT education. I have seen multiple reviews stating that FreeFileSync is a respected reliable application for syncing multiple directories on a computer and off-site. I understand how to set the synchronization settings once I have the link to Nextcloud connected. I do not know, and can not find, how to connect. I have been using FFS for backing up data for some time. Now, I am trying to expand my use of FFS but can not find a step-by-step explanation of the steps to sync files from an HTTP address, which the FFS FAQ leads me to believe to be possible.. Can anyone help me learn how to do it?

FFS won't connect to nextcloud for you you need a third party Cloud mounting program. Here is a free program that can mount y editor in preview our next cloud to a drive letter that can be used by free file sync:
