I have 2 servers that uses FFS to backup. This servers has the internet denied but I need the IP or domain in order to allow the FFS in servers send me emails when the task is finished. I only know that uses port 443.

Ok, so the rule to enable traffic only to send notifications is for that site on 443/tcp port if I understood, rifgt?

The "api" subdomain should give it away that this URL is not meant to be opened by a browser. Yes, allowing HTTPS traffic (port 443) for this domain (that should include its sub-pages!) will allow for email sending.

Many thanks Zenju, Yesterday I ckecked the DNS records of your first response and I was able to achieve my goal. At first glance I didn't realize that if I click on the "site" that wouldn't work.
