Licensing issue

hi - I recently changed to a new laptop, and transferred a business edition license. I received an upgrade notification today, and after it installed, I no longer have access to the license. When I go to the activation page, it shows my old laptop as being active and I cannot remove it until November 30, 2024. I realize now that I have a handful of real-time sync cases in my startup menu of the old laptop, which is probably why it thinks that I am trying to use it in two different places. I removed those and am wondering if you can manually delete the Dell 1561 that is listed as active so I can continue syncing on my new system.

Just uninstall FreeFileSync on the old device. I've manually marked it as "removed".
