Install under Ubuntu

Hi,
I'm a bit new at this so please bear with me. I have donated and downloaded the Linux version but I do not know how to install it. Unzipping it unpacks a .run file. What do I do with this? Can someone assist me please?

Run the .run file

I tried that by double clicking on it but Ubuntu responds that it doesn’t know what to do with it. Do I need to install something else to run it?

Silly me. I forgot about that. Works fine now. I guess I’m used to windows .exe files…..
