My internet backup company has changed the directories where my files are backed up from. How do I delete an old RealTimeSync file?

Your RealTimeSync (RTS) configuration is saved as a *.ffs_real file.
Simply search for *.ffs_real files and delete it, or delete the appropriate one (if you have more than one).
Assuming your RTS configuration starts automatically (e.g. at startup or logon), the above the does not suffice.
If you RTS configuration is started by the Task Scheduler, you need to remove that task from the scheduler.
If your RTS configuration is started from your startup folder, remove that item from your startup folder (Enter shell:startup in the Windows File Explorer address bar).
