I'm sure this has been covered before but being new here means I might have to trawl right through all the past posts. So I'll ask anyway, but apologise.
Is there an "execute at windows start-up option"? so that Real Time Syn comes in automatically when PC starts up or do I need to put it into the AutoStart directory?
Auto start

It's OK I've found the help page on running RTS as a service. But I have a suplementary question.
What is auto-updater (the little car icon that's availible with the donate & business version)

Not sure what the docs say but you can use the utility I use NSSM to create a service.
The auto updater does what it says it will auto check and update the software. Otherwise you would need to go to the web page and download the new version and install it.
