Upgrade to Donation Edition How

I installed the free edition and then later clicked the links to donate and upgrade. I made the donation, but I cannot see how to change the free to the donated edition.

When you donate, you get an email with your unique URL to download the Donation Edition. From there, download the installer, then install it

Is there anyone connected with the software that can help me get the donated edition?

Bob, did you get help on this? I'm suddenly having massive issues with sync speed (after working well for years, the syncs drag). I'm considering going to the donation edition, but if you can't even access it and there's little to no support, I'm going to look for other options altogether.

Check spam/junk
Check trash just in case you have a malicious filter set up
This hasn't yet been a FFS-side issue, so I wouldn't be worried about encountering it
