Deactivate Retired Server

Hi,
I installed the purchased version on a server that we had to delete. We need to install it on a new server and it says it is already activated (on the old one). When I go online, it says I cannot deactivate the license until January 10, 2025. I need to install it by end-of-day today. How do I remove the limitation?
