Compare by time stamp/size, but ignoring file name?

Hi all,

is there a way to compare 2 folders' files by size and/or time stamp, but ignoring file names?
I have 2 sets of thousands of images in folders that I need to sync, but in one of the folders they were renamed. Checking just 2 images side by side I can see they are the same, even by file size and time stamp, just the name is different....

Thanks @Plerry for the swift reply. I figured another way to do it now: duplicate search "by content" and "timestamp". This way I can at least "rule out" files that don't need to by sync'd reducing my work to just a little manual.
