How to disable realtimesync

Hello.
I'm using three FFS Donation editions on three laptops. However, I don't have OneDrive enabled on any because it inflicts pain and damage from which I don't want to have to repeatedly recover. So RealTimeSync makes no sense, because I have not doubled disk size in order to run a fake cloud store. I run backups to external drives when the machines might be at risk, e.g., when travelling.
FFS runs two active services for the purposes of real time monitoring. I don't need them. Can they be disabled in FFS, or do I have to block them in Control Panel / Services?

RTS never ever runs unless you tell it to or set it up to automatically do so. Have you done either of these things?
